Hello, my name is Kit Louis. I am a registered art psychotherapist by profession who is passionate about using art and creative process to assist clients to attain emotional balance. An art & wellness enthusiast. A dog/animal obsessed and a 'good' wife who enjoys preparing healthy meals for my husband. 

 I am passionate about adapting a more chemical (toxic)-free lifestyle with my family (and my dogs, they are my family too), and with Young Living essential oils, it opens many doors for me to achieve towards this health goal.
